We are committed to ensuring you get the best possible fit every time you purchase from us.
To help you to do this we give you 14 days to return your purchases for a full refund (less postage). Your 14 days starts from the initial date of purchase. Returns after 14 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.
We also have a 30 day exchange policy which allows you to swap sizes or items as many times as is necessary until you are happy you have the perfect fit.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the initial date of purchase.
The returns policy starts from the date of purchase.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria.
Exchange and Returns Policy
All exchanges and returns must be requested and authorised through either Rosie or Rachel via email or phone. This helps us to process the returns faster and ensures any exchange items are available for you as soon as possible.
To request a return follow these simple steps:

- Have your receipts ready
- Organise how you will be exchanging the item/s (return mail / in store)
Should a requested exchange item be out of stock or no longer available we will give you the option to either wait for incoming stock, make an alternative selection or request a refund/store credit.
Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied and wish to return your purchases we will offer a full refund up to 14 days or a store credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Where a full refund is requested credit card payments must be credited back to the original card used for payment.
All other payment methods will be given the option to receive the refund payment via direct deposit or as a store credit/gift voucher.
Where the original purchase has been paid for using an Extravagant Bra Solutions Gift Voucher the corresponding amount will be issued as a store credit.
Gift Voucher purchases are not refundable.
